Workspace Terms of Usage

By accessing and using SoftBridge Workspace (which includes Docs, Sheets, Forms, Meet, Calendar, Tasks, Whiteboard, and Ping), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Usage. Please read them carefully.

1. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree to use SoftBridge Workspace solely for lawful purposes. You must not use our services to distribute illegal content, spam, phishing material, or malware. We employ automated AI moderation to scan publicly shared links and forms for violations. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create and store within SoftBridge Workspace. However, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. SoftBridge Labs retains all rights, title, and interest in the software, branding, and proprietary algorithms used to provide the service.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features are processed securely via certified, industry-leading payment gateways on a recurring billing cycle. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees. If your organization's credits or premium status expires, your account will automatically downgrade to the free tier. We do not delete your data upon downgrade, but you may lose access to premium-only features.

4. Service Availability & Rate Limits

We strive to ensure maximum uptime, but the services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We implement rate limiting across our APIs to ensure stability for all users. Bypassing these limits via automated scripts, bots, or unauthorized API usage is strictly prohibited and may result in an immediate ban.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SoftBridge Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the services.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through an in-app notification. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
